Laura Baynton - Trustee
Laura Baynton is head of the ‘What Works’ team in the Cabinet Office which aims to encourage local and national decision-makers to generate, share and adopt robust evidence to inform better public spending decisions.
Previously, Laura was head of strategy at the Youth Justice Board and spent several months as a Churchill Fellow exploring innovative youth justice approaches in Denmark, the US and Brazil, including alternatives to secure custody, and how best to tackle the over-representation of children in care within custody.
