Griffins makes a submission to the Justice Select Committee inquiry on Restorative Justice

The Society has today made a submission to the Select Committee's inquiry on the use of Restorative Justice, based on Fellow Rosie Miles' report on women offenders and RJ conferences.  Whilst Rosie welcomed some aspects of the use of this techqniue as part of the rehabilitation process, she urges caution as too much of what is known about the impact of RJ is based on men rather then women or girls.
